    CLIENT CARE REPRESENTIVE  

S&P Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative to join
our team. Our Client Service Representative will be on the phone, managing
emails and client chat feeds, assisting customers with product or service
order status questions, as well as serving as a point-of-contact for general
questions. This position offers flexible hours.

J O B  R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

  • Proactively outreach potential clients and generate sales leads.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and active communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using available tools and resources.

  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and

  • alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain continuity of customer experience within the organization.

 QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Representative (or similar position).Proven client support experience or experience as a Client Care products, and services.

  • Willingness to develop knowledge of company culture, clients,

  • Proficiency with computers, office software, and phone systems.

  • Track record of over-achieving key performance metrics.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • personalities.Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different

  • complaints.Maintains a positive attitude and calmly responds to clients’

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills a plus.​

E D U C A T I O N  &  E X P E R I E N C E

  • ​High school diploma.

  • Previous client care experience.

 

S A L A R Y  &  B E N E F I T S

  • The Client Care Representative will be paid on a per-call basis, with the opportunity for commissions for sales made throughout the day.

  • This position is currently an independently contracted position.
